Rubber Liner Removal

We can efficiently remove up to ½” rubber liners using our UHP robotic system, achieving production rates of up to 150 sq. ft. per hour in optimal conditions.

Fiberglass Liner Removal

Capable of stripping fiberglass liners up to 200 mils thick at rates up to 400 sq. ft. per hour. Our UHP systems deliver fast, uniform results without substrate damage, unlike heat induction removal methods – our method does not introduce contaminants into the atmosphere.

Oxides & Rust Removal

We eliminate corrosion and oxidation to restore metal surfaces and prepare them for recoating.

Epoxy and  Ultra High Solids (UHS) Coating Removal

Our UHP Robotic System can efficiently remove these 20 – 60 MIL coatings with ease and efficiency. This method is fully approved by all coatings manufacturers and painters can apply new coatings right behind the robot.

Scale & Calcium Deposit Removal
