Adam Martin

Chief Executive Officer

Adam Joseph Martin is the CEO and co-founder of AllStream Services and Rental, a leading industrial services company based in Houma, Louisiana. A U.S. military veteran who served in support of combat air operations in the Persian Gulf and surrounding combat zones during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, Adam has built AllStream into the operator of the largest fleet of Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water blasting robotics in the United States.

Drawing on the discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills developed during his military service, Adam founded AllStream with a vision to provide safer, more efficient, and cost-effective coatings removal solutions for the energy, petrochemical, and industrial markets. Under his leadership, the company has earned a reputation for combining advanced robotic technologies with a commitment to operational excellence, helping customers improve safety, efficiency, and long-term asset performance.

Driven by a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, Adam remains focused on advancing surface preparation technologies that deliver measurable results while creating lasting value for clients. His leadership continues to position AllStream at the forefront of safe, sustainable, and high-performance industrial solutions.

Michael Aymond

Executive Vice President

Michael Aymond brings more than two decades of hands-on mechanical expertise and operational leadership to AllStream Services and Rental. After attending trade school for diesel mechanics, he spent 16 years as a Maintenance Manager for a drilling contractor, overseeing equipment reliability and operations across the Gulf of America and eight other countries. During that time, he developed extensive expertise in heavy equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and managing operations in demanding field environments.

In 2018, Michael partnered with Adam Martin to found AllStream, leveraging his mechanical background and international field experience to help build a company centered on reliability, precision, and performance. As Executive Vice President, he provides leadership across both the technical and strategic aspects of the business, overseeing field operations, equipment standards, and company-wide initiatives that drive AllStream's continued growth and success.

John Clay Nunnally

Chief Financial Officer

Clay Nunnally is a seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of experience leading finance, accounting, operations, and strategic growth across the energy, maritime, construction, hospitality, and technology sectors. As Chief Financial Officer of AllStream Services and Rental, he oversees the company's financial strategy, accounting and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking relationships, and growth financing initiatives.

Throughout his career, Clay has led capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, business turnarounds, international expansions, and financial system transformations. Prior to joining AllStream, he held executive leadership roles with Quality Companies, Zadok Technologies, Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts, and Performance Energy Services. Earlier, as Corporate Controller for Edison Chouest Offshore, he managed international accounting operations, financing initiatives, audit activities, and financial reporting across a global network of entities.

With experience spanning domestic and international operations throughout South America, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Gulf Coast, Clay is recognized for strengthening financial controls, implementing scalable systems, building high-performing teams, and positioning organizations for long-term growth.

He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas, an MBA in Finance from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

Reggie Richey

Vice President of Operations

Reggie Richey is the Vice President of Operations at AllStream Services and Rental, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in the industrial, marine, and energy services industries. After joining the company as Director of Sales, he was promoted to Vice President in recognition of his ability to drive operational excellence, improve organizational performance, and support strategic growth.

In his current role, Reggie oversees field operations, project management, estimating, project controls, safety, quality, and workforce development, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. He has also played a key role in advancing innovative technologies, including robotic Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water jetting systems, to enhance productivity, improve safety, and deliver greater value to customers.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement, Reggie is focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering operational excellence across the industrial, marine, petrochemical, and government sectors.

Reece LeBlanc

Vice President of Business Development

Reece LeBlanc joined AllStream Services and Rental in 2025 as Vice President of Business Development, bringing extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and commercial strategy within the industrial coatings and corrosion industry. He leads the company's business development efforts, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and the development of strategies, teams, and systems that support AllStream's continued success.

Prior to joining AllStream, Reece served as Vice President of Business Development – U.S. for Thorpe, where he led the company's national business development team. Earlier in his career, he held business development, sales, and account management roles with Belco, Air-Nu, Johnson Controls, and Cintas, consistently driving growth and building strong customer relationships across industrial markets.

Reece holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University and is committed to delivering customer-focused solutions while helping position AllStream for long-term growth.

Chett Gervais

Vice President of HSE

Chett serves as Vice President of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) at AllStream Services and Rental, bringing extensive experience across the offshore, upstream, midstream, downstream, and marine sectors of the energy industry. Since joining AllStream in 2023 as HSE Director, he has played a key role in strengthening the company's safety culture, building a scalable HSE program, and supporting strategic growth. He was promoted to Vice President of HSE in 2026.

Before joining AllStream, Chett held progressive HSE leadership roles with Tidewater Marine, Baywater Drilling, and Vertex Energy, where he advanced to Regional HSE Manager overseeing multiple refinery locations. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and operational safety across a wide range of industrial environments.

Chett holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science in Safety Management from Nicholls State University. He remains committed to advancing innovative safety practices and driving continuous improvement to support safe, efficient, and high-performing operations.
