Behavior Based Safety
he 2026 Safety in Action initiative is AllStream's company-wide push to empower every employee to speak up and make a change on the job site. See it. Say it. Solve it. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's based on AllStream’s program: S.T.E.P., Safety Through Employee Participation.
S.T.E.P. isn't a program AllStream runs, it's how every crew operates. Employees watch out for one another, identify hazards before they become incidents, and hold each other accountable in real time, submitting safety observations directly from the field so management has current, on-the-ground visibility into every job site. S.T.E.P. ensures our crews are addressing risk before they arise, not after. It's one more way AllStream is Raising The Standard.
Step-Up AllStream Program
To recognize the employees driving this culture forward, S.T.E.P. includes the Step-Up AllStream incentive program. Each month, the Safety Committee reviews submissions and selects three or four of the best BBS observations for recognition, rewarding the attention to detail that keeps our employees safe. These employees are eligible for recognition through AllStream's award program.
